Build and print symptom diaries — pain, sleep, mood, anxiety, medication — to fill in by hand, on paper.

Docium is a web app for building and printing symptom-tracking diaries: pain, sleep, mood, medication, triggers, anxiety, migraine, menstrual cycle. You pick the pages, drag the blocks around on the sheet itself, customize color, font, and paper size, and print. Answers are written by hand, on paper — nothing is typed in or sent anywhere. There is no database, no backend, and no login: only the draft structure of the diary lives in the browser's localStorage, and it can be erased at any time. Export uses the browser's own print pipeline, which allows saving as a vector PDF at the correct paper size. Interface and content in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with undo/redo, copy/paste, and drag-to-reorder.
